Job summary

Wireless Depot USA is seeking motivated salespeople familiar with the Verizon Wireless order processing system. As a Retail Sales Representative you will sell our extensive line of phones, accessories and services.

You will use your customer service skills and product knowledge to create the most positive experience and maximize store profitability, with high commission earning potential. You will consult with customers to determine wireless service needs, meet sales targets, and identify upsell

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to determine their wireless service needs and recommending the appropriate Verizon Wireless products and services.
• Meeting performance and sales goals/metrics on a consistent basis.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers in order to maximize transactions.
• Handling all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Handling register receipts, including daily cashing-in/cashing-out.
• Arranging and displaying store merchandise and maintaining a presentable-looking store.
