Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while recommending AT&T products and entertainment solutions. You’ll aim to hit sales goals, earn commissions, and grow your career within a fast-moving team.

The role requires 18+ and legal work authorization in the United States, with availability for evenings, weekends, and at least 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
