Job summary

Prime Communications in Boise is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You will work with a team to hit sales goals and earn commission while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

You’ll join a company that promotes from within, offers training, and provides benefits including healthcare, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building relationships.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and other needs.
• Reliable transportation to store location.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings/weekends.
