Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and build lasting relationships with the local community.

Base pay plus commission range typically $40,000–$50,000+ per year, with a ramp-up bonus, training, and opportunities for career growth. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
