Job summary

Prime Communications in the United States is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless products, devices, and entertainment solutions. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and represent the AT&T brand in your local community.

This role offers a path to leadership, with base pay plus commission and strong training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts on AT&T plans.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
