Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Westminster, CO. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, guiding choices across devices and services to meet needs and drive sales. Expect to be part of local events, handle online orders, and reach out to customers through outbound calls.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, with a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment that rewards flexibility and performance. Training is provided if you’re new to sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• If you have no sales experience, we’ll provide the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and determine best fits.
• Be part of the community by participating in events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to customers.
