Job summary

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You will represent the AT&T brand in-store, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships while pursuing sales goals.

You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and available to work evenings/weekends. Base pay plus commission with growth opportunities, benefits, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
