Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Minnesota. You will help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology and entertainment solutions, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and representing the AT&T brand.

This role offers base pay plus commission ($40,000 to $50,000+ annually based on performance), a New Hire Ramp-Up Bonus, comprehensive training, benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
