Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join the Walmart Wireless Sales Program. The role involves working in the wireless services section of your local Walmart and engaging customers about carrier plans and accessories.

You will learn to uncover customer needs, overcome objections, and document sales while maintaining a clean, presentable kiosk and protecting confidentiality. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work in the wireless services section within your local Walmart.
• Engage with customers about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
