Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store and able to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a PC.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions for people, families, or business.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonus.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events or promotional activities.
