Mobilelink USA, a Cricket Wireless authorized retailer, is hiring a Sales Advocate in Madison, WI. This role focuses on helping customers find the right wireless solutions and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
• Able to work minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store and able to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions for customers, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and courteously.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonuses.
• Support at outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as needed.
• Attend events with customers, distribute marketing materials, and help with setup/breakdown.
