Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a wireless retail location and drive revenue through Cricket Wireless products and service plans. You will supervise a team of sales associates, manage shift schedules, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include tracking performance, forecasting trends, resolving customer issues, training staff, and executing promotions in collaboration with marketing and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to self-start and lead a team toward sales goals.
• Strong leadership qualities with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities
