Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure store performance. You’ll guide demonstrations of the latest devices and services, train staff, and execute in-store programs while maintaining a high-energy environment that reflects Arch Telecom’s brand values.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have wireless sales experience and strong leadership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be at least 18 years old with a high school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
