Cellular World is seeking a Wireless Retail Store Manager for Coconut Point in Estero, FL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales metrics while leading a team of associates and ensuring brand compliance with AT&T standards.

You will drive sales, manage inventory, coach staff, and coordinate training to maintain high performance across the store operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must attend off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
• Previous retail or customer service management required.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
• Enjoy working in a team environment and engaging with customers; be enthusiastic and driven to complete sales.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity may be required (promotional material, displays, etc.).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T experience drivers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist employees with closing sales.
• Observe customer experience to ensure AT&T Experience steps are followed.
• Open and close the retail location and complete all procedures.
• Ensure 100% completion of required training monthly and annually.
• Manage ordering, receiving, discrepancies, and counts for inventory.
• Provide resolution to customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Develop positive relationships with staff and customers.
• Provide coaching to sales associates in wireless sales and service.
• Recognize top and low performers to drive improvement.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens and interviews for new hires.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss promotions, goals, trends, and information.
• Ensure proper merchandising and brand compliance per AT&T requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and consumers.
