Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our Riverdale, NY store. You will engage customers, present wireless products and services, and work toward sales and commission goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. In-person work at the Riverdale location is required.

You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.

• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
