Mobilelink LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate in Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, uncovering customers' needs, and offering Cricket Wireless solutions.

You will be part of a team driving sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. We offer unlimited earning potential through commission plans, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brands with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
