As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will own the in-store guest experience and help customers choose solutions that fit their needs. You will learn Victra's sales process, share product knowledge, and exceed monthly sales goals while working with a team of peers and store leaders in California.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
