Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time. In this part-time role, you will connect guests to technology by sharing product knowledge and providing exceptional service in-store.

You will work to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, collaborate with peers and store leaders, and develop your skills through paid training. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
