Your Wireless Inc. - Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Madison Village, PA. You will educate customers on Verizon products and services, guide them through selection and purchase, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven sales and customer service performance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; detail-oriented.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; 18+ and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed location standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
