Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and assist customers to resolve issues.
• Work with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
