Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer seeks a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with the right tech solutions. You will drive sales, provide product knowledge, and create a memorable in-store experience.

You’ll earn base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with paid training and advancement opportunities as part of a growth-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
