Your Wireless is seeking a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Retail Sales Associate in Murphy, TX. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, educate customers on Verizon products, and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Experience with outbound activities to drive customers into our locations.
• Be driven by goals and accomplishments and focused on customer experience.
• Must be 18 or older and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle all customer situations to satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees and others.
• Develop professional skills leading to career advancement opportunities.
