Job summary

DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store setting in Texarkana, Texas. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay with uncapped commissions, potential to earn $60,000+ annually with performance, paid training, and opportunities for advancement, plus benefits beginning after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred).
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance
