Job summary

Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer in Dallas, TX, seeks a dynamic Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car products, accessories and protection plans. You will present entertainment options like DIRECTV and Internet to complete a connected home experience.

You will earn a base pay plus commissions and a monthly bonus, with training provided and opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass background.
• A great, outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• A great attitude and a technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Must be available most weekends, early evenings and holidays, as these are our peak selling periods.
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Build a total solution for customers to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
• Sell a portfolio of products including wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection.
• Offer entertainment options (DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet) to complete the customer experience.
• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience while pursuing challenging and rewarding sales goals.
• Collaborate with store team to achieve sales and service targets.
