Job summary

Prime Communications, LP in Oneonta, Alabama, is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless products and services. You’ll earn base pay plus commission and have opportunities for advancement within a large nationwide retailer.

You’ll build relationships in your community, meet sales goals, and join a team that emphasizes growth, training, and internal promotion while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
