Connectivity Source is seeking the next Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Michigan. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment selling T-Mobile services and products.

The role offers hourly pay between $19 and $23, plus bonuses and spiffs, with a $400 new-hire payout structure. Candidates must be 18+, flexible with scheduling, and able to stand for long periods in store settings.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check may be performed during hiring.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in retail.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
