Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Consultant - UTSA. You will guide customers through wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, and protection products and services, delivering a superior experience while aiming to meet monthly sales targets.

You will earn base pay plus commissions and a monthly bonus, with strong earning potential in a dynamic, team-driven environment. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass background.
• A great, outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• A great attitude and a technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Must be available most weekends, early evenings and holidays, as these are our peak selling periods.
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• You will build a total solution for our customers across wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection.
• You will deliver an extraordinary customer experience while pursuing challenging and rewarding sales goals.
• You will work with a portfolio of AT&T products and services including DIRECTV and Internet to complete the customer experience.
• You will meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and earn base pay plus commissions and bonuses.
• You will assist store leaders and collaborate with team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
