Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for a Retail Sales Representative to be the face of our T-Mobile stores in New Orleans, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales in a dynamic retail setting. You will engage customers, explain plans, and process transactions while working with a team to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Average all-in pay ranges $19–$23 per hour with bonuses and SPIFFs; benefits include PTO, 401(k), pay advances, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
