Connectivity Source is hiring in Bloomington, IN for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager roles within a busy T-Mobile store. You’ll be the face of our team, helping customers, hitting sales goals and delivering outstanding service.

Average all‑in pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour with bonuses and spiffs, plus a new hire bonus ramp‑up structure. Open availability, ability to stand for long periods, and 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
