Job summary

Mobily is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Fond du Lac, WI to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for AT&T products. Full-time/Part-time roles with a base salary plus commission offer a lucrative earning path and defined career growth within a nationally authorized retailer.

The role includes training, event participation, and opportunities for leadership advancement. Must be 18+, have reliable transport, and be able to work 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 32+ hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of AT&T.
