Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in-store to help customers choose wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. You will work to hit sales goals, earn commissions, and grow your career while supporting store operations with a motivated team.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You’ll join a company that promotes from within and values community relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
