Job summary

Cellular World is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Consultant for Kanawha Mall in Charleston, WV. You will build total solutions for customers across wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection while aiming to meet monthly sales goals.

The role offers base pay plus commissions and a monthly bonus potential, with benefits and opportunities for growth. A great attitude and technical aptitude are essential for success in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service orientation.
Ability to meet/exceed sales goals.
Willingness to attend off-site promotional events.

Responsibilities

Build a total solution for customers to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives across wireless, wearables, tablets, accessories, and more.
Deliver extraordinary customer experience through knowledge and passion for technology.
Promote and sell AT&T products/services and entertainment options to complete customer needs.
Assist store leaders with operations and duties and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets.
