Job summary

Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer in San Antonio, is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who can connect customers with the latest technology and entertainment solutions. You will build total solutions for wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection while aiming to exceed monthly sales objectives.

You will earn competitive base pay plus commission and monthly bonuses, with benefits including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k), and employee discounts.

Sharing your knowledge with our growing customer base comes with many rewards. Start with your paycheck: We have an amazing earning potential with our generous compensation package. In addition to your base pay, you will earn commission and will have the opportunity to score a big monthly bonus. Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn an average of $34,140 in total compensation (base, commissions and bonus) in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Our top sellers earn well over $50,000.00 per year.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Must be able to pass background.
• A great, outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• A great attitude and a technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Must be available most weekends, early evenings and holidays, as these are our peak selling periods.
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
