Cellular World in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to build total solutions for customers across wireless, wearables, tablets and home services, while meeting monthly sales targets.

You will earn competitive base pay plus commissions and a monthly bonus, with valuable product knowledge and expert guidance to enhance the customer experience. This role offers training, a supportive team environment, and meaningful advancement opportunities.

In addition to your base pay, you will earn commission and will have the opportunity to score a big monthly bonus. Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn an average of $34,140 in total compensation (base, commissions and bonus) in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Our top sellers earn well over $50,000.00 per year.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Must be able to pass background.
• A great, outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• A great attitude and a technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Must be available most weekends, early evenings and holidays, as these are our peak selling periods.
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
