Arch Telecoms is expanding its retail team in San Jose, offering a learning role that builds skills toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training. You will help customers in-store and across channels, demonstrate devices, and develop product knowledge while delivering a best-in-class experience.

The role emphasizes learning, teamwork, and a strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement and incentives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience.
