Job summary

Arch Telecoms in Ramsey, NJ is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Associate to help customers choose the best wireless solutions, demonstrate devices, and deliver a best-in-class in-store experience.

You will build product knowledge, team with peers, and work toward promotion to Mobile Expert after comprehensive training. The role offers ESOP, health benefits for full-time staff, and uncapped commissions as rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering best-in-class experiences.
• Demonstrate devices and services with hands-on in-store demonstrations.
• Assist customers through their purchasing journey with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
• Collaborate with store team to resolve issues and drive sales.
