Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences in our retail environment. You will learn, demonstrate devices and services, and help customers with their shopping journeys in-store and online.

As a learning role, you’ll work with the team to develop skills toward a Mobile Expert role after training, with opportunities for growth, competitive hourly pay, and incentives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and demonstrations.
• Side-by-side selling to propose accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Build relationships across channels to resolve issues and better serve customers.
• Engage in training to advance toward Mobile Expert after completion.
