Job summary

GP Mobile is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our in-store team. You’ll be a brand ambassador, educating customers about devices and plans while delivering a world-class shopping experience. You’ll learn quickly on the job and complete new-employee training to become proficient in our products and services.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, selling skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment with clear opportunities for advancement and growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish preferred but not required.
• Friendly, energetic and able to learn quickly in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and devices.
• Sell personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Use digital tools to explain coverage, plans and store processes.
• Handle cash and store operations as needed.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with team members.
