Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join our retail team and deliver best-in-class service across a fast-paced environment. You will learn product knowledge, demonstrate devices, and help customers along their shopping journey in-store and online.

As a learning role, you’ll develop skills with your team toward promotion to Mobile Expert after training, with competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; high school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; reliable transportation.
