Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team and bring the brand to life. You will live and breathe the Arch Telecoms experience, helping customers with their needs and building lasting relationships.

In this learning role, you will gain skills in customer service, product demonstrations, and sales, progressing toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. A friendly, fast-paced environment awaits you with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class experience.
• Demonstrate devices and services in-store with hands-on demonstrations.
