Arch Telecom in Berea, OH is hiring Mobile Associates to join a Retail Team and bring the brand to life. You will learn customer service skills and provide best-in-class experiences while building loyalty and deepening relationships with customers.

You'll engage in side-by-side demonstrations, explore customer needs, and guide purchasing decisions with patience, honesty, and empathy. This role is a learning pathway toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion and advancement

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store and online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Perform side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond the basics.
