Your Wireless is hiring for a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer location in Orangeburg, NY. As a Retail Sales Associate you will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the buying process, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

We offer an uncapped commission structure, strong base pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires travel to multiple locations within the district and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless provider.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and customer service.
• Ability to travel to locations in the assigned district as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Compensation: Up to $32.00 per hour or more including base hourly rate, commissions, and incentives, plus amazing employee benefits and perks.

As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Your Wireless, your role is to provide an amazing customer experience by working directly with our customers, educating them on the Verizon products and services we offer, and then guiding them through the selection and buying process.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Verizon products and services we offer.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assisting both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Completing all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Developing your professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that would lead to career advancement opportunities at Your Wireless.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
