Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retail of AT&T is seeking a Sales Advocate in a full-time role. Training is provided for three weeks, and base pay is complemented by uncapped commissions based on performance.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to learn quickly, and a customer-first approach. You will assist walk-in customers, meet monthly targets, stay current on AT&T offerings, and may represent the brand at community events.

What you need:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Bonus points for:

• Previous retail or sales experience
• Bilingual skills
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical requirements:

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
