- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with energy to discover wireless needs.
- Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories.
- Drive sales through upgrades, activations, and accessories.
- Help customers set up devices and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay updated on promos and new products.
- Deliver top-tier customer service and build loyalty.
- Maintain a vibrant, organized store and stock displays.
- Follow policies for secure, private transactions.
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive shopping environment.
