DSI Systems Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store environment in Asheville, NC. You will engage customers, educate on wireless options, and drive sales in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in retail or related field, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for weekends and in-store teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail setting.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets.
• Process transactions, activate plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
