The position features an uncapped commission structure paid twice monthly, with a total compensation range around $15–$30 per hour including commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless or retail is a bonus, but a willingness to learn matters most.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of wireless devices, plans, and accessories is a plus.
• Flexible with hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with energy to identify wireless needs.
• Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories.
• Drive sales for upgrades, activations, and accessories.
• Help customers set up devices and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay informed on promos and new products.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and build loyalty.
• Maintain a vibrant, organized store and displays.
• Support inventory management and stock displays.
