Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Ability to engage guests and find solutions.
• Proven communication with customers to provide product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections to simplify tech for guests.
• Support merchandising and store operations when needed.
• Participate in training and NHU program as required.
