Arch Telecom is hiring Retail Associate Managers (RAM) to lead a team in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. You will help customers, demonstrate latest technology, and partner with stores to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes training, customer care, and daily operations support, with opportunities for advancement and ESOP participation. Strong communication and prior wireless sales experience are valued.

• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and devices to customers.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Develop relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Collaborate with peers to drive store success and culture of care.
