Connectivity Source in Ohio is hiring for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager roles. You will be the face of our stores, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and representing our brand in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

The position offers an average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs of $16 to $20 per hour, plus a $400 new hire payout. Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; growth opportunities and benefits

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
