Job summary

Apple is seeking a Wireless Module Engineer (WME) to lead development from concept through mass production. You will coordinate RF design, reliability, ATE, and OSAT activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of tested modules for NPI builds and subsequent production ramps.

You will drive risk assessment, design reviews, and test coverage while collaborating with OSATs globally to optimize yield, test time, and data-driven reliability models.

Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and OSATs, aligning on architecture, specs, deliverables, and milestones.
• Oversee ATE maturity, from load boards to housings, ensuring test coverage and readiness for MP/NP I builds.
• Drive failure analysis with OSATs and implement improvement actions to boost yield and reliability.
